  We came in at 11:47 and were told that "this office is closed until 1:00." We took a number from the dispenser and left. We came back just after 1:00 and the waiting area was completely full...as in- there were no seats available. We stood and waited until the ONE agent finished with the person she was dealing with. She quickly called the next number, so we waited until they were finished. I let the agent know that we had been there before lunch and had a number that she had skipped. We were very rudely told that we would need to take another number and wait in line. I explained to her that she had turned us away during business hours and that we shouldn't have to wait again (for hours). Once again we heard from her " i have already called that number--you will need to get another number." She was very annoyed at me. We left and went to Athens (20 miles away) walked in and were helped by a nice lady.

  I've never seen anyone treated with such rudeness and disrespect as I've seen in this office the toward elderly customers who were already nervous about being there. My mother and mother in-law were both treated terribly and I saw another older person treated badly. This employee should be fired!

  Wow, best service ever! 5 minutes to get a new lisence! Very professional and polite service from the clerk. You all are doing great work.
